Body Toning -workout of the day, focuses on total body workouts, fat and weight loss, strength, and flexibility. These workouts are tailored in circuits utilizing body weight, dumbells, resistance bands, and other equipment to get you moving, sweating and feeling good. Each circuit/interval of the workout is a combination of strength exercises, cardio exercises, core and abdominal exercises. The workout strengthens, conditions, tones, tightens, boosts metabolism and keeps you burning calories all day --12 SESSIONS TO A HEALTHY FIT STRONG YOU!

Perfect for all fitness levels! Total Body Toning program...help you reach and stay on track with your health and fitness goals, and focus on the whole self.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7:30-8:30pm and Saturday 9-10am

$10 drop-in classes or $80 for a 12 class pass

 

Pilates- Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
